Every week, for four weeks, you'll receive a new meal plan, printable shopping list and detailed prep guide. Your weeknight dinners are quick, breakfasts are prepped ahead for busy morning and leftovers are used for simple lunches.

Do you struggle staying motivated and on track? You'll get access to a Private Facebook support (or e-mail list if you're not on Facebook) where you'll have access to an accountability group, where you can me questions, connect with other Real Food Reset-ers and ask me questions directly.
